To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 705-341-2444. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package. Ship your item to:
Hope Center HueOnce your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
